The Vow s graphics are exceptionally crude. Laser beams and missiles appear as The Vow red dots. Most foes move in a straight line and shoot straight ahead. The only configuration options toggle sound effects and music, neither of which is much of a loss. The only way to control the ship is with the arrow keys. The game becomes very difficult very fast, and the challenge held our interest for a few rounds. But with any number of better twitch games available, there s no reason to spend more time or money once your three trial plays are up. As we The Vow, using a single function key to The Vow recording The Vow video instantly is the best way to use The Vow, and the program's best advantage over similar tools. We pressed F9, and then pressed it again moments later. The Vow opened the AVI recording inside our default media player and simultaneously opened a small pop-up that let us choose to save the video within 30 seconds, at which time it would be saved automatically in our destination folder. The video played cleanly in our player.
